Hi, I’m Lorna — a business owner, coach, and mum from Scotland.
Building my own business has given me something I value deeply: flexibility and financial freedom. It’s allowed me to work around school runs, caring for family and all the moments I never want to miss. I built my business to fit my life — not the other way around — and now I help others create the same freedom for themselves.
Shine was created to support entrepreneurs who want to grow in a way that feels achievable, sustainable, and aligned with real life.

can I sign up to business coaching even though I haven't started my business yet?
Of course, we'd love to help you start your business! We'll help you map out your idea looking at the finances, marketing and growth, we can look at branding, domains, website holding pages, set up your social media and email marketing platform.
I've started and feel stuck, can you help?
We'd LOVE to! We'll take you from where you are and support you as you work towards where you want to be!
How do you run the coaching sessions?
Coaching days can be in person or virtual. We run our weekly coaching sessions virtually.
What tech do I need?
You need a device that you can access the internet from and an internet connection to participate.
Can I talk to you about coaching before signing up?
Of course, please contact us at hello@shinebusinessacademy.com and we'll arrange a time to chat.
Is there a refund policy?
We want you to feel confident when booking your coaching session.
Due to the nature of coaching, all sessions are non-refundable once booked. Coaching is a personalised service and your time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and we will be happy to arrange an alternative time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
For ongoing coaching packages, payment secures your place and is non-refundable once the coaching period has begun. You can cancel future monthly payments at any time, but any sessions already scheduled within the current billing period will still be honoured.
