Hi, I'm Lorna
Founder of Shine Business Academy, mum, wife and spaniel owner, and a firm believer that most problems feel smaller after a cup of tea and a good chat. I’ve been in business for over two decades now.
I started Shine because I kept meeting brilliant women with everything it takes to build a business they love, except a clear plan and someone genuinely in their corner. So I built the place I wish I’d had when I was starting out — practical training, real support, and a community that actually gets it.
Helping you build a business (and a life) that fits around the people and things you love most is what gets me up in the morning. My mission is to give you the confidence, the plan, and the community to make it happen.
